RR Group of Companies’ Chairman Rafig Garayev, fought at regiment of the National Hero Shirin Mirzayev. The Chairman attended the presentation ceremony of the book “Commander” dedicated to Mirzayev. The author of a book is deputy chief editor of Defense Ministry’s "Army" newspaper Ibrahim Ibadoglu.
