Graduated from the Law Faculty of Baku State University, a master's degree. Graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Management of Azerbaijan State University of Economics, a master's degree. Currently continues education on PhD on Economics.

Member of the Board of Directors of Azerbaijan-Turkey Business Association.

In 2006 he established "RR Group of Companies".

Karabakh war veteran.

Married, has four children.

Education

In 1997 graduated with a bachelor's in faculty of Economics and Management majoring in Finance of Uludag University of the Turkey Republic.

In 2006, graduated from Azerbaijan State Economic University, with the Master degree of Business Administration

Professional activity

In 1997-2007 worked in the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, in the positions from leading economist to division chief in the Monetary Policy department.

In 2007-2008 worked at the International Monetary Fund in the position of economist.

In 2008-2014 worked in the Central Bank of Azerbaijan in position of Director of Statistics Department.

In 2014-2015 worked in CJSC Azerbaijan Steel Production Complex in the position of Director of Sales and Marketing Department and acting Deputy Chairman.

Married, has two children.
